Sometimes an inconvenient issue has arisen for some users where they cannot get past the login. If that happens, the following steps will fix the problem:

• In Internet Explorer, go to Tools and click on Internet Options
• Click the Privacy Tab and click on the Sites buttom
• In the blank under "Address of Website," type http://shelbyinc.com
• Then click on Allow
• Close your browser and then return to the RLF Directory
• Everything should work fine now
• If that does not work, do the following: In the blank under "Address of Website," type https://webview.shelbyinc.com
• Then click on Allow
• Close your browser and then return to the RLF Directory
• Everything should work fine now
