Sometimes an inconvenient issue has arisen for some users where they cannot get past the login. If that happens, the following steps will fix the problem:
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools and click on Internet Options
- Click the Privacy Tab and click on the Sites buttom
- In the blank under "Address of Website," type http://shelbyinc.com
- Then click on Allow
- Close your browser and then return to the RLF Directory
- Everything should work fine now
- If that does not work, do the following: In the blank under "Address of Website," type https://webview.shelbyinc.com
- Then click on Allow
- Close your browser and then return to the RLF Directory
- Everything should work fine now
