The online giving system has been upgraded to a newer version. However, an inconvenient issue has arisen for some users where they cannot get past the login. If that happens, the following steps will fix the problem:

  • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools and click on Internet Options
  • Click the Privacy Tab and click on the Sites buttom
  • In the blank under "Address of Website," type http://shelbyinc.com
  • The click on Allow
  • Close your browser and then return to Online Giving
  • Everything should work fine now
